The ways therapy has changed my life.

I always thought therapy was for people who needed it more than I did. I didn’t think I really needed it and honestly, I was skeptical that just talking to someone would make any difference. But as I started opening up about what was really on my mind and trusting that my therapist was there to help, without judgment or wrong answers, I felt a sense of relief.

Through that process, I began to notice certain patterns in my life, the same downfalls repeating themselves. Some of them became easier to navigate when I started seeing things from a different perspective. Others I’m still working through, but now I have a clearer sense of direction and a better understanding of myself. It’s made life feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.
